Revoking access and deleting your data

Last updated 18 August 2026

You are in control of every connection and of the reporting data stored against it. There are three levels: disconnect a source, revoke access at Google, and request full deletion.

1. Disconnect a source in the platform

Sign in and open Settings → Data. Each connected source has a disconnect action. Disconnecting deletes the stored access credentials for that source immediately and stops all further data collection.

2. Revoke access from your Google Account

You can withdraw permission directly at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Find AI Growth Director in the list and choose Remove access. Collection stops on the next scheduled attempt, and the platform will show the connection as needing re-authorisation.

3. Request deletion of stored data

Email accounts@aimarketingmaster.ai from the address associated with your account, stating what you want deleted:

  • Reporting data for a specific source - all stored snapshots and daily records for that platform are removed.
  • A whole workspace - every snapshot, project, decision, draft and setting owned by that workspace is removed.
  • Your user account - your profile and workspace memberships are removed, along with any workspace you solely own.

Requests are actioned within 30 days. Backups holding deleted records age out within a further 30 days. We may retain the minimum records needed to meet legal or accounting obligations.

What deletion does not affect

Deleting data here does not change anything inside your Google Ads, Merchant Center, Analytics or Search Console accounts. Those remain untouched and under your control.
