Privacy policy

Last updated 18 August 2026

AI Growth Director is a marketing reporting and advisory workspace operated by Discount Coffee. This policy explains what data the platform reads from the accounts you connect, how that data is stored and used, and how to have it deleted.

Who we are

AI Growth Director is operated by Discount Coffee and is available at aigrowthdirector.com. For any privacy question or request, contact accounts@aimarketingmaster.ai.

Account information we collect

  • Your name, email address and password credential, used to create and secure your sign-in.
  • Workspace membership and role, used to decide what you can see and change.
  • Content you create in the platform, such as project settings, notes, decisions and advert drafts.

Data we read from connected Google accounts

When you connect a Google account, you choose which permissions to grant. The platform requests only the permissions listed below, and reads only reporting data belonging to the accounts you select.

  • Google Ads (auth/adwords) - campaign, ad group, advert, keyword, budget and performance records, plus account settings needed to label the data. Access is read-only: nothing in your account is created, changed, enabled or spent by the platform. Advert copy it writes stays in your workspace for your team to copy across manually.
  • Google Merchant Center (auth/content) - product feed items, feed diagnostics, price suggestions and product performance. Read-only use.
  • Google Analytics (auth/analytics.readonly) - aggregated traffic, engagement and conversion reports for the properties you select. Read-only use.
  • Google Search Console (auth/webmasters.readonly) - search query, page, country and device performance for the properties you select. Read-only use.
  • Identity (openid, email) - the email address of the Google account that granted access, shown so you can tell your connections apart.

Google API Services Limited Use disclosure

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:

  • Google user data is used only to provide and improve the reporting, analysis and recommendation features you see in the platform.
  • Google user data is never sold, and is never transferred to others except as needed to provide the service, comply with law, or as part of a merger or acquisition with your consent where required.
  • Google user data is never used for advertising to you, and never for building advertising profiles.
  • No human reads your Google user data except with your explicit permission for support you have requested, for security purposes, to comply with law, or where the data is aggregated and anonymised.

How your data is used

  • Producing dashboards, workspaces and historical trends across your connected sources.
  • Generating written recommendations and briefings. Where an AI model is used to draft this narrative, the relevant metrics and account structure are sent to the model provider solely to produce your output, and are not used by us to train models.
  • Diagnosing sync failures and keeping your connections healthy.

Storage, security and retention

  • Data is stored in a managed cloud database with encryption in transit and at rest. Access tokens are stored server-side and are never exposed to the browser.
  • Access is scoped per workspace: records are readable only by members of the workspace that owns them, enforced at the database level.
  • Imported reporting snapshots are retained for up to 24 months so trend comparisons work, then superseded or removed.
  • If a connection is removed, its stored access credentials are deleted immediately.

Third parties involved in delivering the service

  • Cloud hosting and database provider - application hosting, storage and authentication.
  • AI model provider - generates written analysis from the metrics supplied with each request.
  • Rank and search-visibility data provider - supplies third-party search ranking data. No Google account data is sent to it.

Revoking access and deleting data

You can disconnect any source in the platform at any time, and you can revoke the platform's access from your Google Account permissions page. To request deletion of stored data, see our data deletion instructions.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Email accounts@aimarketingmaster.ai and we will respond within 30 days.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially, the updated date at the top of this page will change and, where appropriate, we will notify workspace owners by email.
