Terms of service

AI Growth Director reads reporting data from the marketing accounts you connect and presents dashboards, analysis and recommendations. It is a decision-support tool: it does not manage your spend on your behalf and does not make changes in your connected accounts. Anything it drafts, such as advert copy, stays in the platform for your team to review and apply manually.

• You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for activity under your account.
• You must only connect accounts you are authorised to access, and only invite people who are entitled to see that data.
• Workspace owners control membership and can remove access at any time.

You grant access to third-party platforms voluntarily and can withdraw it at any time from within the platform or from the provider's own permissions settings. Continued use of the relevant features requires a valid, unexpired grant. Your use of each connected platform remains subject to that platform's own terms.

• Do not attempt to access data belonging to another workspace, probe or disrupt the service, or circumvent access controls.
• Do not use the service to breach any law or any advertising platform policy.
• Do not resell or redistribute platform data in a way that breaches the source platform's terms.

Recommendations, briefings and drafted advert copy are generated from your data and may contain errors or omissions. They are guidance, not professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing anything before you act on it or spend against it, and for ensuring it complies with applicable advertising policies and law.

We aim to keep the service available and data refreshed on schedule, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Third-party platforms may change, rate-limit or withdraw API access, which can delay or interrupt data collection.

The platform, its design and its software remain the property of Discount Coffee. Your marketing data, and the content you create in the platform, remain yours.

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or losses arising from decisions taken on the basis of platform output.

You may stop using the service and request deletion at any time. We may suspend access where these terms are breached or where required to protect the service or other users.
