Paid search intelligence

Legal keywords are among the most expensive in the country. Know what yours are buying.

Most firms can see what they spent. Far fewer can see which searches produced enquiries, which produced clicks and nothing else, and which have been quietly consuming budget for months.

What it answers

The questions that decide next quarter's budget

  • Which searches produced recorded enquiries, and at what cost
  • Which searches took budget with no enquiry recorded at all
  • Whether cost per enquiry is rising, and in which practice area
  • Where budget is capped while demand is still available
  • Which locations are worth more or less than they are being paid
  • Whether a change made last month actually improved anything

Read only, always

The platform reads your advertising account and recommends changes. It never makes them. Where it helps you build something - a new search advert, for example - the wording is written for you in your workspace and someone at the firm copies it into Google Ads.

Delayed diagnosis spend is not converting

Needs attention

Evidence: £2,020 spent, 9 enquiries recorded, and 23 search terms with clicks but no enquiry.

Next step: Exclude the terms you would never act on, then re-check cost per enquiry in two weeks.

Capabilities

What sits inside the paid search layer

  • Search-term detail

The actual searches people typed, what they cost and whether an enquiry was recorded afterwards.

  • Wasted spend

Terms taking budget with nothing to show for it, grouped so a decision can be made in one sitting.

  • Budget and pacing

Where budget is capped, where it is under-spending, and how that has moved across the year.

  • Location performance

Which towns and regions produce enquiries, so local spend can be weighted deliberately.

  • Campaign and ad detail

Campaigns, ad groups, keywords and the individual adverts running, down to the wording being served.

  • Advert drafting

Write new search adverts in the platform with suggested copy. They stay as drafts for your team to review and copy into Google Ads.

Being straight about it

Enquiries, not instructions

We report the conversions your accounts actually record - form submissions, calls and enquiry events.

We can show you what an enquiry costs, because your accounts record it. We cannot show you what a signed matter costs, because only your case management system knows which enquiries turned into clients and what those clients were worth.

So we will not guess. If your firm wants to share its own outcome figures, we will line them up against the marketing numbers for you. If not, everything you see stays limited to what can actually be evidenced.

Have your advertising reviewed against the evidence
