What is in a report
Six things that make the difference
Nothing here is decoration. Each one exists because reporting usually fails on it.
Commentary from your data
The narrative is written from the figures the platform has verified, not typed up from memory the night before.
Charts, not walls of text
Movements shown with charts and clear up and down indicators so the story is readable at a glance.
Composition at a glance
Where spend, enquiries and visibility sit across channels and practice areas.
Published as a fixed record
Once published, a report is locked. The figures a partner read in March still say the same thing in September.
Your branding
Upload your logo, and for agencies your client's, and the report carries them throughout.
PDF export
Download a clean PDF that breaks at sensible points, with page numbering, ready to circulate.
Honesty in the numbers
Where the data is incomplete, the report says so
A report that quietly averages over missing days is worse than no report. If a period is only partly covered, or a source was disconnected, it is stated on the page.
- Reporting periods compared like for like, or the difference is stated
- Missing days and partial coverage named in the report itself
- Totals summed properly; rates and averages weighted, not averaged twice
- Figures traceable back to the source they came from
- Published reports locked so the record cannot drift
